DTC's founder, Charlie Douglas, has extensive military and commercial flight simulation engineering, technical proposal, and program management experience within large and small companies. Mr. Douglas' education includes a BS - Aviation, BBA - Business Management, Active DOD Security Clearance (Secret), Private Pilot, Flight Simulation Software Engineering, Program Management, Business Development, C-Level positions (small and large companies) and is a successful entrepreneur (3-startup companies in 20 years). Mr. Douglas successfully led capture and proposal teams in winning numerous (large and small) military training & simulation solicitations. He personally engages on all projects to ensure that all DTC services and deliverables are completed on time and of the highest degree of integrity, quality, and content.
